Throughout my life I have practiced different sports, but above all I have found a way to live in balance. No more extremes, no restrictions. Why did I start FIT by Ale Rubio? Because as a woman, wife, mother and entrepreneur I understand the complications of following a healthy lifestyle: Lack of time, lack of desire among thousands of others. Taking that into account, I decided to create an application that was practical, easy to use and above all that adjusts to the different needs that we may have on a daily basis.
