"a) The manufacture, production, assembly, sub-assembly, sale, marketing and distribution of all goods for industrial use; b) Obtaining, purchasing, using, exploiting and selling under any legal title all kinds of concessions, permits, licences, franchises and authorizations, related techniques and technology, assistance, patents, trademarks, trade names, models and industrial designs, rights copyright, appellations of origin and any other right; in Mexico or abroad, that is necessary or convenient for the performance of social fines; c) The issuance, acceptance, endorsement, subscription and in general the negotiation of all kinds of instruments, including obligations with or without guarantees; d) The provision of all kinds of services, including without limitation, technical assistance, administration, operation and consulting, in relation to the corporate purpose and execute all agreements necessary for the provision of the aforementioned services, as well as subcontracting of any type of services essential for its operation; e) The purchase, subscription, possession, control, sale under any legal title of shares, obligations or interest parts of any kind of corporations or legal entities and participate in any type of business in Mexico or abroad; f) The opening, purchase, construction, lease, sublease, operation and in any other manner permitted by law, of factories, workshops, plants, warehouses, offices, stores and any other establishment necessary for the achievement of the corporate purpose; g) Representative and act as agent in the United Mexican States or abroad as an industrial or commercial business; h) Official establishments and subsidiaries in the United Mexican States or abroad; i) The granting and granting of loans, with or without collateral, issuance of bonds, certificates, obligations and any class of negotiable instruments with the participation of institutions that are necessary in accordance with the applicable law; j) Grant endorsements and guarantees in favor of third parties as well as issue and subscribe negotiable instruments in relation to the corporate purpose; k) In general, the execution of all those agreements and contracts, and the performance of those transactions and acts that may be necessary or convenient for the fulfillment of the social fines.”
