Since its founding in 1991, Chunil has dedicated itself to being a plastic injection company specializing in automotive powertrain components, opening the way to the replacement of metal for weight reduction. Chunil has been the supplier of various plastic components for transmission components of General Motors, this being the most important customer for the company and why it was decided to install a plant in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
