The Company, which will last for an indefinite period, has the corporate purpose of importing on its own account, on behalf of third parties or by order; export; trade and distribution of products in general, such as articles and parts of and for clothing, accessories and housewares in general, electronic equipment in general, food in general for human consumption, products for animal consumption, hospital machinery and equipment, health products and diagnostic products, hospital articles in general, medicines, pharmaceutical products, products for industry in general, products for the petrochemical industry, material for civil construction, motor vehicles, motorcycles, parts and pieces for the automotive industry, provision of services and advisory and administration logistics, storage in a third-party warehouse and also participate in other companies as a partner, quotaholder or shareholder.
