Fundada em 2002 na cidade de Sorocaba – SP, com foco em desenvolvimento de equipamentos eletrônicos para empresas da cidade, em 2003 foi convidada a participar de um programa de empreendedorismo denominado "Incubadora de Empresas", desenvolvido em parceria pelo FIESP, CIESP e a Prefeitura de Sorocaba. Em 2007, inaugurou sua unidade de sinalização audiovisual. Em 2016, inaugurou sua segunda unidade, focada em adaptação de viaturas. Em paralelo começou a realizar alguns trabalhos com radiocomunicação e, no final do ano de 2016, assinou o contrato com a Motorola Solutions que foi o marco para seu crescimento e diversificação em seu portfólio. Em 2017, inaugurou a unidade de pintura em veículos e, no segundo semestre de 2018, foi inaugurada a ampliação da unidade de sinalização.
