Founded in 1968 by Izidro Pedro de Freitas and Salvatore Romano, Dinagro began its activities in the trade of insecticides and livestock products. In that same year the partners discovered their industrial vocation and began the manufacture of insecticides. In 1969, the first formicide bait factory in Brazil was inaugurated. Dinagro's pioneering work has borne fruit: soon other Brazilians also realized that they could manufacture that product that had been imported up until then.
