• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and internal project team.
• Manage and assign task to designers and also perform duty of senior designer in case of complex designs.
• Preform production planning with production team and prepare budget, material procurement, and delivery report.
• Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates on the project to quote, including BOM costs.
• Developing strong relationship with new vendors and manage ongoing vendor as well. professionally represent and act as central point of contact for company to all the suppliers.
• Responsible for arranging economical transportation of all the inbound and outbound freight using various modes of transportation.

• Responsible for designing returnable packaging systems that are being utilized for shipping complete Sedans, Trucks & SUVs. And visiting manufacturing/assembly sites to manage packaging projects with client’s teams.
• Designing Containers & Racks for Packaging of Automotive parts such as center consoles, bumpers and axles.
• Packaging, material management and process design for customized packaging solutions focused on reducing packaging materials and dunnage.
• Preparing case studies for project by analyzing current packaging operations to determine target areas for process improvement flow and solving logistic issues for the customer.
